1.    Any and All business we receive from our Realtors will automatically get a $25.00 referral fee check in the mail for sending business our way.    (All payments are made at the end of the job/project, once the customer has paid the balance to us in full). -Ask for details.  

2.    Based on how much business that is referred to ElmWood, their is a major incentives for all of our realtors. -Ask for details.

3.    By having your customer use ElmWood  as their flooring provider, you will see that your customers will be very happy knowing that you have referred them to a company with great service, products and warranties that will last a long time.

4.   If your customer is looking to fix up a new home that you found for them (or) fix up a home that your helping them sell, either way we can help with making their home sell faster for more money or make it look it’s best before moving in, by fixing it affordably with a cost savings to them.
